Notes / Further information

Collected by Prof. Dr. Dr. H. Strunz und Prof. Dr. Ch. Tennyson in 1952; named after the type locality; Prof. Dr. Ch. Tennyson remembers that the holotype of hagendorfite is about palm size, on one side about 1,5 cm, on the other side about 4 cm thick. The sample consists predominantly of hagendorfite, up to now the holotpe could not be located neither in Berlin nor in Regensburg (information of Dr. D.Rose).
